You can cancel your own order online anytime before the order is processed. To do this, simply login to your account and click on "Order Status and Tracking." Click on the order you wish to cancel and you will see a text box in which you can enter your reason for cancellation. Once you have entered your reason, click the "Cancel" button and your order will be cancelled.

If you wish to cancel a single item from your order, you can contact us at 0037065523366 or through our email request form and we can remove single items from your order. You can also cancel your entire order and re-place it without the item you wish to remove.

If you would like to add an item to your order or switch to a more expensive item, you will need to cancel your order and place a new one. You can do this yourself or you can call us at 0037065523366 for assistance.

If your order status is "Processing" or "Shipped," no changes or additions can be made to your order and it cannot be cancelled.

 

You can send us the article back without any reasons within 14 days. The period starts when you receive the products and this information in written form. Only if you ordered bulky goods, you can use your return guarantee by request the PBshop.lt - for example by mail or email - to pick up the articles. Please send us the goods completely and in the original packaging back.

When the return is effective, the received benefits inclusive using advantages must be given back. If the article is in a worse condition than at the time of delivery, PBshop.lt has the right to demand compensation. This does not apply for the check of the good as it would be possible in one of our stores.
The customer can avoid the demand for compensation by not using the product like the owner and refrain everything which can reduce the value of the article.
Please notice that the return guarantee does not apply for unsealed software, for newspapers, magazines and for goods, which where composed to customer’s specifications or composed definitely for your personal requirements.

Warranties for all products sold at PBshop.lt vary product by product. All warranties are provided by and serviced by the manufacturer of the corresponding product. Where no specific agreement has been made individual products are subject to the statutory warranty period of 14 days. Neither the manufacturer nor PBshop.lt will be responsible for freight of items requiring warranty service.

Paintballs
There is no warranty on paintballs. PBshop.lt inspects the outside condition of each and every lot of paint purchased to ensure the best quality product prior to shipping. Upon shipping the product, it is understood that many factors play a role in the quality of the product upon receipt. These factors include quality of handling and the climate that the paintballs are exposed to in transit. Cold weather exposure is especially damaging to paint. PBshop.lt may choose to delay the release of product in order to minimize your risk of exposure to product damaged by the weather conditions that are beyond our control. Additionally, be advised to plan for cold weather seasons and avoid having product in transit for more than one day when cold weather (temperatures below 40 degrees) is a factor.

Paintballs damaged in transit by either weather conditions or rough handling is the customer's responsibility! Be sure to inspect the package when the product is delivered. If you need to file a claim for damaged goods with currier be sure that you note the damage on the bill before you sign for the product.

If you do receive paintballs, and there are a few broken balls in the bag, you can still salvage most of the bag by taking the paintballs and laying them on a paper towel. Then place another paper towel over them and gently rub back and forth to absorb the paint. This should clean off the paintballs enough to where they should shoot fine. Do not use water to clean paintballs.

Guns
Gun manufacturers' warranties vary by manufacturer. All guns carried by PBshop.lt include a minimum 14 day factory warranty. Some, such as Tippmann Pneumatics, offer a warranty of 1 full year. Any warranty service required should be directed to the manufacturer. Note that, like tires on automobile, o-rings, springs, and cup seals are generally not covered by any manufacturer and are considered consumable parts. Installation of aftermarket parts and unauthorized "air smith" modifications may void your factory warranty. No refunds or credits will be issued for guns that have been used or modified in any way.

The prices indicated are subject to confirmation and include value added tax which is presently fixed by law at 21%. The prices for order shipments and the prices in the store can be different, but they are valid at the time of order in our Online-Shop. The prices indicated at the time of ordering are valid.

The length special offers and promotions are valid will be stated specifically on the appropriate page in our Online-Shop.

We offer the following methods of payment in our shop to all our customers:

Use our comfortable delivery. We send your article by post or courier. Delivery is made by Lietuvos Pastas or couriet service, only on conditions of a 100 % down payment. Prices of the goods are final and already include all taxes.

When you shop at PBshop.lt we try to provide you with fastest service. All in-stock orders with verified addresses placed and paid before 3pm will ship out on the same day (orders placed on the weekend will ship on Monday). For our express local customers we offer an express delivery over night. When we get your order up to 3 PM, your articles will be delivered at 8 AM next day or at other fixed times by. For our abroad customers we offer a delivery in 2-5 working days depending on delivery address.

 

If the buyer does not live or have his place of jurisdiction within Lithuania or if he changes his place of jurisdiction after a contractual obligation has been entered or his normal place of jurisdiction is outside the Federals State of Lithuania, then the exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be our headquarters. This applies, also when the place of dwelling or normal premises for the buyer are not known at the time of a claim.

The contract shall be governed by Lithuanian Law.

All services and provisions resulting from any contractual agreement will be represented and fulfilled by PBshop.lt.

7. Data protection

We reserve the right to store all customer data in compliance with the legislation stated by the federal data protection act.

We guarantee our customers that we abide to protect their personal details. Our registered customers have the right to access their free of charge stored personal information. Furthermore they can amend or delete details or request PBshop.lt to delete data for them.

The way data is used can be defined in the user profile once logged on, just as the user can delete any profile if preferred.

PBshop.lt draws special attention to the fact that no personal data will be accessed and passed on to a third party without receiving previous permission from the customer. All shop sides which may contain personal details will be transferred only when encrypted.
